	Repairs:
	We guarantee that your property will be handed over to you defect free and ready to move in condition. Since we utilize only the best materials during the building process, we get the similar assurance from our suppliers. But just in case, during the first five years of your owning the property, if you come across any defects e.g. plumbing, electricity, carpentry etc. - due to the product defect or workmanship - then we will repair it.
	Routine inspections and Preventive maintenance:
	Our engineers and quality team will make routine visits to the property to perform inspections and conduct preventive maintenance in the common areas. They will provide a report to the society management with their findings and the work performed.
	Both preventive maintenance and timely repairs at your property will ensure that your property remains a premium property for years to come.
