Our Property Management Services are designed to bring you the benefits of owning a property without the hassle of maintenance. Once you have purchased the property, we take over the maintenance including regular inspections, routine maintenance, and rental and tenant management as well as designing the interior of your property as per your budget.  
   
Building relationship:  
At the onset, you will be assigned a relationship manager who will be your single point of contact, who will work with you to understand and take care of your requirements.  
   
Repairs and maintenance:  
All of the properties developed by Manish Properties come with five year warranty that covers basic exterior and interior features provided by us. Over and above if there are any issues that are not covered under this warranty then our qualified staff takes prompt action to resolve them in timely manner. We also perform routine inspections in unoccupied properties to ensure that all the plumbing and electrical points are fully functional, interiors are clean and the place is livable at all times.  
   
Rental and tenant management:  
If your purpose of owning the property is to earn rental income then we will find a suitable tenant according to your requirement and preference, conduct necessary background checks, carry out the legal paperwork and ensure the safety of your investment. We will also collect the rent on your behalf and deposit them in your bank account.  
   
Interior design and decoration:  
Designing ones home is a very personal experience, but if you cannot be personally involved, then we can help. Depending on your budget, we can utilize our own design team or recruit an interior designer and provide you appropriate design solutions that suit your needs. Once you select a design, then our team will manage the execution of the work. During each step, we will provide you necessary progress report and accounting of the actual expenses.  
   
Billing Management:  
Our property management services include payment of building maintenance, utility charges, mortgage payments (if applicable) and taxes on behalf of the property owner. This ensures that the property owners do not default on their dues.
